*Busy Time for Rusmail Conveyor Systems:

We are very busy with several new belt and roller conveyor projects since our last News Update

*Handling Heavy Loads:

In one case we are currently building a mezzanine floor belt conveyor to span 2 floor levels i.e. approx. 6 metres overall height. This is an upgraded belt conveyor to replace the original belt conveyor supplied in 2001. The new belt conveyor will be one of our heavy-duty models rated at 750 kg UDL to enable our customer to handle heavier loads.

*Pallet Handling:

With regard to powered roller conveyors we are working on a modular pallet handling conveyor system to handle pallet loads up to 1500 kg per pallet. The roller conveyor system also incorporates a powered roller turntable and a PLC based control system.
