• April and May 2005 were very active months for us with some challenging enquiries and orders for customised conveyor systems involving belt conveyors, roller conveyors and overhead cable conveyors. Applications range from handling small punnets of fruit to large petrol tanks for a wide variety of industries and customers large and small.

*New Range of Conveyor Products:

• This particular update introduces a new range of modular products.

• The product range consists of modular, flexible chain link conveyor designed for small radius turns, horizontal or vertical, with very low friction, low noise and high cleanliness. The system is ISO 9000.2000 accredited.

*Standard Characteristics:

• Standard chain widths are 63 mm, 83 mm 140 mm and 305 mm. Unit load handling capacity ranges from 10 kg to 25 kg per item over a maximum length of 30 m. Minimum turning radius is 140 mm using the 63 mm wide chain (M5 model).

• The main conveyor beam and supporting structure etc. are made from anodised aluminium alloy to design.

*Applications:

• The range is ideally suited to moving unit loads in the following industries: Food and Packaging, Pharmaceuticals and Health, Automotive, Paper Converting and Electronics.

• In addition, is a range of gripper conveyors for vertical conveying e.g. canned products and also food quality conveyors for moving hot and cold food in Sushi restaurants.

• Components are available for you to design your own system and to assemble or we can offer a complete system including conveyors, supports and controls and on site installation. Hopefully, the selection of pictures gives you a good introduction to this new range.
