The installation above was for a new furniture warehouse near Dublin. The two conveyors are heavy-duty style powered belt conveyors with gravity roller conveyors at both ends to help with loading and unloading vehicles delivering heavy, bulky furniture products.
The belt conveyors carry the furniture to and from two new mezzanine floors. The picture illustrates the type of system installed and further extends the large number of successful installations of belt conveyors for mezzanine floor applications.
Other new conveyor projects associated with vehicle unloading involve the extendable High Rise Expressway gravity roller conveyors.
The Expressway range is a series of linked gravity roller conveyors operating inside and/or outside vehicles to reduce the manual effort and the health and safety risks involved in handling heavy loads. The Expressway range can function with or without a loading dock and can be extended to bring materials inside the warehouse as shown in the picture.

Other recent projects include powered belt conveyors for food applications (stainless steel) and an Exhibition company, a combined powered and gravity roller conveyor system for moving loaded and empty pallet boards for a multi-national group - and a large overhead cable conveyor project for handling plastic crates for a company producing salad products.
